You don't need an account to buy.\n- Prices are in pounds, and include VAT where it applies. Each merch product's page and the basket say what postage costs, and checkout shows everything you'll pay before you pay. There are no booking or card fees.\n- We hold what's in your basket for 10 minutes while you pay. If something sells out first, we'll say so, and you won't be charged for it.\n- Pressing Pay places your order. Keep it safe, since whoever has the code can use it.\n- A name on each ticket is optional, and you can change it until the event starts, so you can buy tickets for family and friends.\n- We may replace a ticket's code with a new one, such as when it's been shared, and the old one then stops working.\n- If the payment for an order is disputed with your bank or card provider, such as a chargeback, its tickets are on hold while the dispute is open, and don't get anyone in. So if a dispute opened before an event is still open at the time of the event, there's no entry with those tickets. You need an account to get one. A parent or carer gets a child's card from their own account, and an athlete who's 16 or over can get their own.\n- Before you can pay, the athlete's ID is checked, by Didit or by our team, and they're matched to their club's roster from RegChamp. So you only pay for a card we can make.\n- Its price, which includes posting it to the athlete's club, is on [the ID cards page](/id-cards) and at checkout.\n- Once you've paid, add the athlete's headshot on the card's page. For a staff badge, add a photo of the coach's DBS certificate too, which our team checks every time. We then order the card from our card printer and post it to the club. Pay at least 2 weeks before the athlete's next event to have it in time.\n- A card lasts until 31 July at the end of its third season, counting the one it's paid for in, as seasons run from 1 August to 31 July. You can renew it from 1 June before it runs out, without the athlete's ID being checked again.\n- If a card's lost once we've ordered it, we can make a replacement, for the price of a card, which lasts as long as the lost one would have. The lost card still works until the new one arrives.\n- If we cancel a card after you've paid for it, whatever the reason, we refund it in full.
